A Celebration of New Life
A beautiful eight page booklet with readings from seven faith traditions in Scotland on the theme of birth and new life. These were first presented at an inter faith service at the International Congress of Midwives in Glasgow in June 2008 and are a great gift and inspiration for new and expecting mothers. It can be downloaded in PDF format here or hard copies can be obtained from our office.

Our Sacred Earth
This booklet was produced by our Global Exchange volunteers from the UK and Indonesia and our youth committee in 2006. It gives a comprehensive summary of ways in which faith communities can be more environmentally friendly. Copies are available at our office or a PDF version is available here.

Faith Awareness Training : FaithBook Project                                                                 FaithBook is based around the idea that most religions have Holy Writings that guide and inspire their followers. Participants make their own small book, and choose the words from different traditions to write inside.

Each book is decorated by its maker with assorted paper, fabric, and other materials.

Sessions include a discussion on common values that we share as people of all faiths and none and books can include

favourite quotes and poems. A display of Faith books that were created in 2008 can be viewed at our office or can be brought along to events.

FaithBook sessions are available to groups across Scotland. If you would like to book a session please contact Frances Hume.
